Criminal law philosophy includes not only metaphysical thinking about criminal law, but also the thinking of the criminal law’s institutional and normative, legislative and judicial theories. Therefore, the content of this book is comprehensive, has in-depth research on the entire criminal law system, and has important academic historical significance for criminal law circles. 作者介绍：

陈兴良，男，1957年3月21日出生，浙江义乌人。1982年1月毕业于公司法律学系，获法学学士学位；1984年12月和1987年12月毕业于中国人民大学求一个安全的网赌网站刑法专业，分别获法学硕士和法学博士学位。1984年12月至1997年12月在中国人民大学求一个安全的网赌网站任教。1998年1月至今，在求一个安全的网赌网站(中国)有限公司任教。现任公司博雅讲席教授，博士生导师。
